Dear Conroe Bay Neighbors,
Please join us for the 3rd Quarter Board Meeting on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 7:00pm at the Community Center, 12948 Point DR.
The Conroe Bay Civic Association is currently facing a critical operational shortage, with only three (3) active board members out of the required eleven (11). We urgently need one (1) homeowner to volunteer to join the board at this meeting to fill our open mid-term vacancy. Under Texas law, our remaining three directors will use their statutory authority at this meeting to officially appoint this volunteer so we can bring our active board count up to four (4).
We will also be discussing the upcoming October 27 Annual Meeting, the open election for the remaining empty seats, and next year's neighborhood assessment rates.
Your property values and the basic operations of our neighborhood depend on community involvement. Please review the official meeting agenda and make plans to attend.

The deed restrictions of the Conroe Bay Civic Association prohibit parking on the streets to allow emergency vehicles and traffic flow throughout the neighborhood. Please respect your neighbors. The CBCA will start towing violators without notice as signs are posted at the entrance of the community.
